A culinary professional who prepares customized meals for individuals, families, or gatherings, typically in the clients home or a designated kitchen. A personal chef serves multiple clients and tailors each menu to their specific tastes, dietary needs, and event requirements. A personal chef allows more flexibility and customization than a standard caterer.

Yes we do! We believe that you should have the opportunity to taste the cuisine before your event. 

Tastings are $150.00 for 2 people and $50.00 per additional person. If services are secured within 7 days after the initial tasting $100.00 will be applied toward your invoice balance.

Absolutely! We openly accept cuisine requests that may not be listed on our menu. Menu requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Keep an eye out, you just may see your request added as a permanent item on our menu!

A standard delivery fee is included in the invoice for all catered events. An additional charge may be added for events over a 25 mile radius.

Anything good is worth waiting for, right? All food service requests require a MINIMUM of 3-5  days depending on the size of the party and the cuisine desired. If the last minute request is accepted by the chef there will be an additional RUSH fee of $125.00.

We value our customers, however,  retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Any installments paid after the retainer fee are subject to a refund based on the below:   

0 - 29 calendar days before scheduled service - NO REFUND
30 - 59 calendar days before scheduled service - 25% refund
60 - 89 calendar days before scheduled service - 50% refund
90 or more calendar days before scheduled service - 75% refund 

All refund requests must be submitted in WRITING and emailed to chefleniesia@gmail.com to be processed.
